non-commercial advertisements are free, ofcourse.
commercials have to contact the maintaineer about it.

recommendations:
1) preferably use the html format for your adv, and English language
2) should you send a non-html adv (eg. in txt format), do not use special characters, 'cos the browsers won't display them correctly.
3) you can ofcourse send only a link to your own page.
4) i don't care what you wanna advertise. it can be anything including your hardware (why should we pay in the shops for used hw?), software, ideas, searching for group members, etc. etc.
5) the sender will take the responsibility for what he wanna advertise. i'm providing only the media for you, i'm not a censor; but i won't put flame and/or pervert advs here ;)
