When I first saw this demo, it was on my old 266MHz MMX, and I really didn't understand what all the fuzz was about. When I bought a newer computer, however, a whole new demo revealed itself. With it's fifth place in the demo competition at The Party 9, it's a highly underrated demo, or maybe you could say that it's underrated by the gamers at The Party? Anyhow, this demo beats, in my opinion, the winning entry at TP9, which was "Kasparov" by Elitegroup. While Kasparov may be more technically advanced, it seriously lacks design, and gets really boring after awhile. What Codename Chinadoll lacks in code, it takes back in design. It's a five-minute trip of audiovisual pleasure. Music by legendary brothomStates (previously known as Dune / Orange). Direct3D and Glide accelerated. Note that the screenshots are taken in 320x240 resolution, but the demo can be run in a variety of higher resolutions.
